On February 1, 2023 guest lecture was organized at Gurdaspur centre for CRM Domestic Voice Domain. Mr. Ramandeep Singh (Centre Coordinator), Mr. Jatinder Singh & Mr. Harmanpreet Singh (Trainer) were also participated in this session. Mr. Ramandeep Singh Introduced the Guest Miss. Simranjeet Kaur (Front Desk Executive) in Aussie Hub at Gurdaspur. She delivered an interesting lecture about how to talk with the customer on phone calls as well as face to face. She explained that how her company use CRM software’s and also explained about different CRM vendors. She has answered many queries raised by students. She said that this course is especially for those who are keen to join in the BPO sector which will help the learner to identify types of customers, handle customer’s queries, improve communication skills, work as a team member and make decisions

She discussed various skills which a best customer service representative should possess. She included in his lecture different processes of BPO and focused on communication skills. She explain this course will help the learner to identify types of customers, handle customer’s queries, improve communication skills, work as a team member, make decisions that will help in maintaining balance in your work life and use of various Internet services etc. It was a quite interactive session in which trainees asked number of questions and our guest was quiet patient to answer all the queries. At the end everybody enjoy the session and feel happy.
